Vertigo Design takes care of the project to renew the visual identity of the Italian Space Agency, starting from the restyling of the logo, with the aim of redefining some features of the pre-existing communication and making them suitable for the contemporary context. Graphic and communicative artifacts have been designed, useful to renew all the expressions of ASI in different directions: merchandising, publishing, exhibits etc. Particular attention was paid to the creation of a specific font, specially designed and produced for the exclusive use of the Agency, which was given the name of Galileo Asi, in honor of the great Italian astronomer. It is a linear "sans serif" character, complete in styles and designed to create a family feeling with the other elements of Corporate Identity. The set of signs, shapes, colors, graphic, photographic and typographic elements, integrated together, will flow into a "proprietary language" of ASI, capable of imparting a rich, characterizing and evocative narrative.
